My Son - My Guardian Angel

Angel speaks for itself

My son who was 31 was killed. He was my first child and so very special, he was always a Moma's boy. He call me everyday and we were very close. One morning after he had died I was feeling very alone and I missed his arms around me saying "I love you moma".

It seemed unbearable a huge hole in my heart is the only way I can say it. I slept with a sweater that belonged to him and I wrapped it around me and I sat on the edge of my bed crying and needing comfort that I couldn't seem to find. I prayed and asked God if was possible that HE ( MY SON ) could be my guardian angel to watch over me.

NO one heard me pray this as it was everyone was asleep. I get up at 4 a.m.in the morning!!.

Anyway a couple days goes by and my daughter-in-law and my youngest son lived with me at he time. She told me one morning that there's was something she wanted to tell me (not to upset me but she had to tell me). She said that the other night she got up around 3 a.m.in the morning to get a glass of water and she felt a strange behind her, she turned around and saw my SON was standing in my doorway to my bedroom looking at ME. I asked her was she afraid and she said no that HE had a peaceful look on him and he turned and looked at her as if to see what she was doing then turned back to Looking at ME while I slept. She said "suddenly He disappeared." The experience was so profound to her she had to tell me.

I Never said anything to anyone of that morning as I sat on my bed devasted still over His untimely death,SO NO-ONE KNEW BUT ME!

It seemed to me God had answered my prayer and I felt comfort by HIS conformation by my daughter-In-Law so I know that my Son watch's over me all the time. And that has helped bring healing to my heart. Even though I'll always miss him, at times when I'm really down I can feel HIs presence almost as if I could touch HIM.. I have many other stories that came before his death but this one tops it all.. Mary
