True Guardian Angel Stories by Polyanna

To all you beautiful believers of the divine, I have not one but three stories of actual angel encounters I have had over the years to share with you.

First of all, I would like to start out by saying, I am not a Christian nor do I belong to any other religious group (my choice). I do, however, believe there are Angels who in turn answer to a higher being - God, if you will. That said, here's my story.

Several years ago (back in '83), my late husband and I took a trip to Sydney (Aus) to see the League Grand Final, which is held every year around the same time. We had not tickets for the game so we thought we take our chances and see wether we'd be able to get some tickets at the ground. Of course, there were people selling them and some of the tickets were selling for around $70.00 each. Well, my husband, being the frugal type tried bartering with the scalpers (all to no avail). This did not sit too well with him so he went off in a huff (to the nearest bar) and left me standing there. He just walked off. Now, this being my first time to Sydney and not knowing anyone, I just stood there not knowing what to do when out of the blue came three men. They all looked exactly the same and were wearing the same gear. They approached me and said: "We've been watching you". Now what you have to understand is this, there were thousands, literally thousands of people milling around at that time so this came as quite a shock to me. "Would you like to go to that game?", they asked. "Yes", was my reply. "Well, we have some tickets, how many would you like?" "Two", I said, "How much will they cost?". "They're free" and with that they handed over two free tickets. Funny thing is, as fast as they appeared, they were gone. I don't even remember seeing them walk away. I did look but never saw them again.
